Men Together - Every Friday

Men Together is a community that offers support and connection, for men helping them to enhance their skills and confidence. The primary goal of this group is to address the issue of isolation that many men face by creating a space where they can share their struggles and receive peer support.

At Men Together men can to discuss health challenges, life transitions, grief and other difficulties that often remain unspoken. Through listening and a non judgmental atmosphere members can express their vulnerabilities. Feel truly heard.

In addition to providing support through peer circles Men Together also offers hands on activities such as construction projects, woodworking and other trade skills. Collaborating on these projects enables members to benefit from mentorship opportunities achieve goals together and develop a sense of purpose and self confidence.

Participants describe Men Together as a place where trust is built . By discussing issues and engaging in skill building activities members are empowered to overcome lifes challenges and thrive.

The group runs every Friday 12.30 - 2.30
