Volunteer Digital Champion; Helping our staff provide 1-2-1 Basic IT & Internet Support, to clients in our learning centres.
Digital Champions:
• Help clients with individual basic IT or using parts of the web, this could be; helping our clients to use email, using a webpage to learn, or using wellbeing activities such as puzzles or games.
• Aren't expected to know everything, often we learn alongside our clients and that's more than OK.
• Are always supported by our staff, If you are unsure on anything, our staff are always there to consult.
• Often make a huge difference just by welcoming and chatting with our clients. In return we often gain fulfilment in seeing their wellbeing, skills, and prospects increase. As well as picking up our own new skills, confidence and experience along the way.

Our main centre is at Building 1, Allia Future Business Centre, Kings Hedges Road, CB4 2HY.
We are open from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 16:30.
We have Outreach sessions around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
