Volunteer Team

🍓 Strawberry Fair is one of the UK’s largest free community festivals, run entirely by volunteers. Every year, hundreds of people come together to bring this colourful celebration of music, art, and community to life, and now we’re looking for more volunteers to join our Volunteer Team!

This team helps make sure all our volunteers feel supported, valued, and connected before, during, and after the Fair. You’ll be part of a friendly group that strengthens the heart of Strawberry Fair and ensures everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your interests and skills, you could get involved in:

Volunteer Coordination: Help organise and oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and on-site support.

Recruitment & Communications: Connect with new volunteers, share updates, and spread the word.

Training & Development: Build confidence, safety awareness, and plan appreciation events.

On-site Coordination: Welcome volunteers, manage check-ins, and support wellbeing during the Fair.

If you’re organised, sociable, and love bringing people together, we’d love to hear from you. While some tasks can be done remotely, we hold weekly meetings in Cambridge, and being onsite for the festival from 1st–9th June 2025 is strongly preferred - that’s when all the fun (and teamwork!) really comes to life.
