About Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal raises fund to provide vital support for the Armed Forces Community. The Appeal starts mid October and ends on Rememberance Sunday. We Volunteers in lots of different areas to help with the Appeal. Could you help deliver poppies and collecting tins to local businesses and shops and collect them after the Appeal? We also need enthusiastic volunteers to help look after the collection tables in the supermarkets within the County for the two weeks of the Appeal. You don't have to have served or have any knowledge of the Armed Forces Community, just come along and enjoy meeting new people and make new friends. Do you have office experience? Could you help us plan the supermarket rotas? Or could you help count and bank the donations after the Appeal? We would love to hear from businesses within the County that might like to get involved as part of their corporate social responsibility.
