Do you like nature and contributing to science projects? Birds in Greenspaces is a new project we are running at the British Trust for Ornithology, and we are running the pilot in Cambridge this Spring.
We want to find out the importance of greenspaces for national bird populations, so we can work out how best to manage these spaces to benefit birds and people. The project is a unique opportunity for everyone to contribute, without many of the common barriers that can prevent someone from taking part in citizen science, and we hope that through evaluating the pilot we can achieve these aims successfully.
