Would you like to make a real difference by helping people stay connected and supported?
We’re looking for friendly, understanding volunteer to make monthly calls to participants in our project - just checking in to see how they’re doing, how satisfied they are with our services, and whether they need any extra help.

Flexible! We’ll work around your availability.
📍 Where
Remotely (or from our Cambridge offices if needed).
💬 What You’ll Do
You’ll support our team by:
- Making friendly, supportive phone calls to people who use our services
- Checking their satisfaction with our support and listening to their feedback
- Identifying if they need any additional help or digital support
- Logging responses and notes into our system
- Sharing any key issues or follow-up needs with our staff team
You don’t need a background in customer service - just a warm, patient manner, and a genuine interest in helping people. Training and guidance will be provided.

🧩 What You Need
- A friendly, empathetic attitude
- Good listening and communication skills
- Basic confidence using computers or spreadsheets (we’ll train you!)
- Willingness to learn and follow data procedures
- DBS check (organised and funded by us)
