Thriving Beyond the Label C.I.C.'s ThrivingInterests programme (holiday club) runs across the year, covering school holidays for neurodivergent kids aged 5-13
Purpose of the Role
To help promote and celebrate the impact of the ThrivingInterests programme through engaging digital content, storytelling, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Capture photographs and short videos during events (in line with consent procedures).
- Design simple graphics and promotional materials using digital tools.
- Draft event updates for promotional use.
- Support impact reporting by collecting stories, testimonials and visual evidence.
- Help raise awareness of neurodiversity and the work of Thriving Beyond the Label CIC.
Skills and Experience
- Interest in SEND, inclusion, community projects or creative communications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools is desirable.
- Understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
- Creative, reliable and able to work independently.
- College and University students are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration:
- Volunteer: Unpaid, with travel expenses reimbursed. Additional expenses could be covered, subject to budget considerations.
Safeguarding
All roles are subject to appropriate safeguarding procedures. Enhanced DBS checks may be required for roles involving direct work with children and young people.
