A volunteer peer mentor uses lived experiences of mental health challenges to support others in their personal journey.
| Within CPSL Mind various service where we support individuals, our trained Peer Mentors ‘walk alongside’ individuals on their recovery journey as they work towards specific personal goals through 1:1 and group support within the community. |
The aims are to:

- Improve mental wellbeing and confidence through regular social contact.
- Encourage informal physical activity, including walking, gentle exercise and community participation.
