5. External Partnerships & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as a key operational contact for collaborators, venues, sponsors, community partners, and service providers.
  • Draft outreach communications and maintain professional relationships.
  • Support partnership development aligned with organisational growth.

6. Strategic Project Management & Reporting

  • Translate strategic goals into measurable project plans.
  • Monitor progress using KPIs and operational dashboards.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Founder to improve efficiency and impact.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools but training will be provided (ClickUp, Slack, event platforms, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build structure in a growing organisation.

Desirable:

  • Informal guidance on partnership outreach, safeguarding, and data management
  • Informal training on health & safety and community engagement best practice
  • Office space may be provided for collaborative projects
  • Volunteering Certificate at the end of the completion of 8 weeks of volunteering and active participation in the programme.
  • Complimentary t-shirt/jacket and other freebies
  • Professional reference
  • Travel and meal expenses reimbursed up to £20
