You will be helping to support people with arts, crafts, meditations and more. Refreshments are provided.
The Bee Mindful Hive is a group aimed at allowing space for community members to get together and do some mindful practices including arts, crafts, meditation, wellbeing and much more.
we are looking for volunteers to help support the group with arts and crafts and also to bring in new ideas of their own if they wish. It will be a very relaxed atmosphere and an opportunity for community members to meet new people.
training will be provided and refreshments will also be available during the group sessions. You will also get the opportunity to sit in the sound and relaxation sessions and participate in fun activities.
All resources will be provided.
