Be part of our friendly team and help deliver vital online skills to digitally excluded members of the public.
Help by providing 1-2-1 assistance with basic digital tasks such as:
- Using a mobile phone, tablet, laptop (basic IT)
- Setting up and using email and social media
- Completing online forms, updating CVs
- Scam awareness skills, online safety
And other ad hoc requests
Requirements:
- Competent digital skills
- Willingness to undertake necessary training
