We a have a unique opportunity to get involved in the vibrant world of sports media.

As a grassroots league, we are deeply committed to engaging our community and enhancing the experience of both players and fans alike. To further this mission, we are seeking enthusiastic person who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sports journalism and broadcasting.

The position we are offering involves being an integral part of our social media presentation during games.

This includes:

1. Conducting pre-match and post-match interviews with managers and players, providing valuable insights into team strategies and player performances.

2. Taking on an "on-screen" presence, both at the ground and through our digital channels, to engage with our audience and deliver exciting commentary.

3. Assisting with ground announcements via the Tannoy system, such as introducing teams as they take the pitch and announcing goal scorers, adding to the atmosphere of our matches.

4. Providing commentary for recorded games, offering dynamic play-by-play coverage that captures the excitement of the action.

We believe that this opportunity offers numerous benefits to participating, including:

- Practical experience: You will gain hands-on experience in sports journalism and broadcasting, honing their skills in interviewing, commentary, and presentation.

- Networking opportunities: You will have the chance to interact with players, coaches, and fellow media professionals, expanding their professional network within the sports industry.

- Exposure: Through our social media platforms and live events, you will have the opportunity to showcase their talents to a wide audience, potentially leading to further opportunities in sports media.

- Personal development: By taking on roles such as on-screen presenter and commentator, you will build confidence in public speaking and performance, valuable skills for any future career path.

To support you in this role, the league will cover expenses for attending cup finals and provide league gear, such as coats, to ensure their comfort and professionalism.
