Are you available to support us immediately - 4-6 hours a week preferably?
Duties -
Telephone member organisations to encourage and support sign up using the online platform.
Arrange and meet member organisations to encourage and support sign up using the online platform.
Attend events at PCVS, externally and online to encourage and support member organisations sign ups using the online platform.
Support member organisations to complete their online profiles as part of the membership sign up process.
Support member organisations to utilise posting their events onto PCVS.co.uk calendar of events
Post member organisations job vacancies on PCVS website and help keep the page up to date.
Skills desired-
People skills to meet in person and over the phone, including leaving voice mails as needed, members of the diverse community we serve.
Computer literacy to work with Word, Excel, MS Teams, Canva etc. (support will be available but a foundation of ability is required)
Ability to use WordPress in an administrator role (training will be provided)
4-6 hours per week desired but any little helps!
