About Netherton United Football Club

Netherton United Football Club, established in 1992, is a cornerstone of the Peterborough community, providing a vibrant and inclusive home for football enthusiasts of all ages. From its humble beginnings as an under-12 team, the club has grown significantly, fostering talent and promoting teamwork on and off the pitch.
We are proud of our journey, which has seen our senior teams achieve notable success, including winning the Peterborough & District League Premier Division title, the President's Shield, and the Peterborough Senior Cup in the 2017-18 season. Our commitment to developing young players is strong, with a proud tradition of bringing on players from Netherton Junior Football Club, helping them transition into senior football.
Netherton United is more than just a club; it's a community. We believe in the power of local sport to teach invaluable life skills like resilience, perseverance, and teamwork. We are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment where people from all walks of life can enjoy the beautiful game.
To continue our vital work and ensure a bright future for Netherton United, we rely on the generous support of our community. Your contributions help us maintain our facilities, invest in essential equipment, and provide opportunities for local individuals to participate in healthy recreation and develop their potential. Join us in supporting the heart of football in Netherton!
