Performance Support

Based in the performance and stage areas, you will be supporting the performances and artists at the festival by liaising with the Tech Team managing the acts, ensuring the performance itinerary is kept to time, liaising and informing the Creative Producer of any issues and ensuring the artists have everything they need e.g. refreshments, being a guide to performance areas, and supporting with stewarding and audience safety.

Ground Operation Support

Based ‘on the ground’ with the visitor experience at the forefront of your mind, you will be supporting the grounds staff to move and maintain fencing boundaries, maintain health and safety on the site, support the team to deliver other manual tasks and make sure the site is looking and feeling great.

Visitor Welcome and Support

Based ‘on the ground’ and supporting the festival visitors by creating a warm and engaging atmosphere, you will be signposting, giving information and directing visitors to performances, stalls and amenities as well as helping to keep the site looking and feeling great. You may also be supporting the festival by talking to visitors and getting their feedback and opinions on their festival experience.

Cinema Front of House Support

Supporting our cinema showings, you will be welcoming and directing customers, answering questions, showing people to their seats and helping to maintain a safe and clean environment for the ultimate cinema experience.

About Nene Park Trust

Nene Park Trust is the registered charity which looks after Nene Park in its entirety. Established in 1988 to ensure that the Park would be managed and protected forever, the Trust looks after all maintenance, coordination of the Park's activity programme and administration of commercial properties in the Park.
The Nene Park volunteers make a huge difference both out and about in the Park and also behind the scenes. If you would like to join them in making the Park an even better place to visit we would love to hear from you!
We offer a wide range of volunteering opportunities from Ranger and Education roles to Visitor Centre, Events and Art roles.
