About the Role

The Club Secretary is the administrative backbone of Dudu Footy CIC, ensuring that the organisation remains organised, compliant, and well-coordinated. You will play a key role in managing records, coordinating communications, supporting governance or legal processes, and ensuring the smooth administration of both our community initiatives and football activities.

This role works across all areas of Dudu Footy CIC, supporting volunteers, outreach programs, community partners, and football sessions & teams. It is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, administration, and helping a community organisation operate effectively behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing emails and other official communications.
  • Keeping accurate records of participants, players, volunteers, meetings, and organisational activities.
  • Maintaining digital files, documents, and important information.
  • Supporting volunteer and player onboarding processes.
  • Supporting grant applications by providing information needed, reports, documents, and community projects.
  • Helping coordinate communication with football bodies, local organisations, and community partners.
  • Providing general administrative support to volunteers and project leads where needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who is organised, reliable, and able to manage information carefully.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using email, online documents, and basic office software.
  • A proactive person who enjoys supporting others and solving problems.
  • Experience in administration, coordination, or record-keeping is welcome but not essential.
