With such a large site, having wheelchairs readily available for patients and visitors is vital. Our wheelchair and courtesy bus volunteers help this happen.
These volunteers collect and distribute wheelchairs to specific locations around the hospital helping to ensure they are available for those who need them.
In addition, these volunteers spend time on the courtesy bus, announcing its arrival and departure at the bus stop points.
