Our volunteer guides support reception staff by welcoming patients, families and visitors and directing them to various parts of the hospital.
Visiting a hospital can be an anxious time, and with such a large site finding your destination can be difficult. Based in reception areas and at key points, guides provide a warm welcome and provide an information/direction service to patients, escorting where needed.
